Hello all! Today’s card is a Mother’s Day card… I can’t believe it’s just around the corner. April is almost over, how did it go by so fast?!?! With the end of the month in mind you still have a few days to join in the watercolor challenge (link is in the side bar) for your chance to win!
Using a watercolor cardbase I inked up the stamp and spritzed it with water before stamping it on the cardbase. This was slightly messy and my first try at the technique. I repeated the steps changing the ink color each time, stamping one on a piece of scrap before die cutting it. Once the watercolor stamped images were dry I took the second image from the set to stamp the lined butterfly. Adhered the butterfly and some sequins to finish it off!
