Hello, Cindy here to share an interactive card. I used Hero Arts Monthly Circle Digi Stamp as the background and add a DIY wobbler element.
I chose the month of July image from the digi stamp set, copy, rotate and paste to create a random pattern background. I printed it on white card stock. Then I stamped the curly ribbon bits images (from Monthly Hero Kit December 2016) with a few colors. Next I added the birthday banner (stamped in black, colored, hand cut, mounted on yellow card stock and trimmed again). Next I stamped and colored the gift and made it into a DIY wobbler and adhere to the card. I took a few photos while making it, it really is not complicated. The wire I used is a light weight fine wire for jewelry making.
Here is a very short video clip to show it in action. 🙂
The DIY wobbler sure adds some fun to an ordinary card. I hope you would try it too.

A nice festive card and very creative making your own spring! Great idea to repeat the July all over the card.
