Hi Stampers!

Ilina here today with a simple deer card using the Color Layering Deer from the holiday catalog. I stamped bunch of deer using my MISTI tool and die cut them.

For the antlers, first I stamped with Soft Brown ink using my MISTI tool, then using the Caramel ink and removing some color using a clean towel I stamped the darker spots. I love how you can achieve an ombre look using this technique. Next I stamped a snowy background onto vellum and embossed with the new Puffy embossing powder and using Versamark marker I added spots on the deer I would like embossed.

Because this was “wintery” card I decided to add the puffy embossing powder and get fun texture. Next I pulled everything together, stamped the sentiment and let it dry overnight. Once it’s dry you are good to go 😉
